1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or copying any document draft or bundle from Leadwolf (collectively, the "Document Drafts"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept all of these terms, you are explicitly prohibited from downloading, modifying, or using the Document Drafts in any capacity.
2. Licensing and Scope of Use
Upon receipt of full payment, Leadwolf grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, perpetual license to customize and use the Document Drafts for your own business or internal organizational needs.
Strict Redistribution Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, licensing, renting, sharing, packaging, or redistributing the Document Drafts (in whole or in part, modified or unmodified) on any online platform, public database, shared drive, or competing marketplace. Doing so constitutes a direct violation of copyright laws and will result in immediate license termination, permanent restriction of account access, and legal prosecution.
3. Strict No-Refund Policy
Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once your payment is processed and the link to download or copy the document drafts is generated/sent, we enforce a strict No-Refund policy. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please review the item descriptions and lists of included documents carefully before making a purchase.

6. Payments and Order Details
Payments are processed via our authorized partner, Razorpay. During checkout, you are required to submit accurate buyer details, including your name, email address, and phone number. Company or organization name is optional and is used only for business-use license records when provided. Providing false information or performing unauthorized chargebacks may result in license review and restriction of access.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Leadwolf, its creators, partners, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Document Drafts, breach of these Terms, or implementation of any agreement customized from our document draft packs.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising out of your purchase or use of the Document Drafts shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
