• Download Auditing: Every download request, document draft copy action, and document access is logged along with the timestamp, IP address, and browser agent string of the user.
• License Validation: If a single license or download link is accessed from multiple geographic locations or distinct IP addresses simultaneously, it will trigger an automated security flag, resulting in immediate suspension of download access pending manual review.
• Strict Prohibition on Sharing: We do not sell, lease, or distribute your email address, phone number, or company details to third-party advertisers. Collected data is used for order verification, delivery, support, retention emails, and internal security auditing.

5. Data Retention & Erasure
